At ALPHA, we value customer satisfaction and stand by the quality of our T-shirts. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 15 days of receiving your order. Please review our return policy below.

 

1. Return Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.

• Items that show signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.
   

 

2. Return Process

   1.Request a Return:

• Visit our website and navigate to the Returns section.

• Provide your order details and reason for return.

​   2.Shipping Your Return:

• Customers are responsible for shipping costs; ALPHA provides non-paid shipping labels for easy processing.

• Print and attach the return label to the package.

• Drop off your package at any shipping carrier of your choice.

   3.Processing & Refunds:

• Once we receive the item, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days.

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Refunds exclude original shipping fees.
   

 

   3. Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale items and custom prints cannot be returned.

• Returns that exceed the 15-day limit will not be accepted.
